Launch draft

Data processing terms for buyer review and pilot diligence.

This page summarizes the current data-processing posture for Marketplace review, buyer diligence, and early pilot conversations. It is not yet the final counsel-reviewed DPA for public launch.

Final legal review is still required before this DPA becomes the operative launch addendum, but the processor-first posture below is the current launch model.

Processing scope

KB Sentinel processes Confluence article titles, metadata, and reduced excerpts, Jira issue summaries and metadata needed to derive support-demand signals, Confluence page-author account IDs retained solely for Atlassian Personal Data Reporting API obligations, and derived findings, repair drafts, score history, scan jobs, and support-signal metadata needed to prioritize knowledge-base defects and draft suggested repairs.

Roles

ResolveLoop expects to act primarily as a processor or service provider for customer-provided End-User Data in connection with KB Sentinel. Final GDPR and CCPA role language still requires counsel review.

Subprocessors

Launch subprocessors are Atlassian Forge for hosted storage and application runtime, plus OpenAI when AI-assisted drafting is enabled by the customer.

Retention and deletion

Forge-hosted app data follows Atlassian-hosted retention behavior. Current launch planning assumes retained app data is recoverable for up to 28 days after uninstall, consistent with Atlassian Forge documentation.

International transfers

If AI-assisted drafting is enabled, selected article titles, reduced excerpts, article URL and freshness metadata, finding summaries, evidence, recommendations, and related support metadata may be processed by OpenAI outside the EEA. Final transfer-mechanism language and regional addenda still require legal review before GA.
