Draft launch terms for KB Sentinel for Jira Service Management.
These terms are a product-launch draft for Marketplace setup and early evaluation. They do not replace the final customer terms, DPA, or regional privacy addenda that will be published before formal launch.
KB Sentinel is a Forge-based application for Jira Service Management and Confluence Cloud that evaluates knowledge-base quality, drafts proposed repairs, and helps customers run repeatable regression checks. It is not legal advice, a compliance product, or an Atlassian-native AI replacement.
Launch support covers product defects, configuration guidance, and reasonable investigation of scan or drafting failures. It does not include custom knowledge-authoring services, data migration work, or customer-specific legal review.
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis for early launch use. Except where a final written agreement states otherwise, no additional warranties are made regarding uninterrupted service, fitness for a specific business objective, or customer-specific regulatory outcomes.
A short app-specific DPA and final customer terms will be published alongside the reviewed GA legal package.
